01. The innovative idea
The innovative idea is to introduce the two basic technologies (displays and 3D scanning) in the fashion world that makes virtual shopping possible. The customer can see themselves in a virtual 3 dimensional model with different clothes, hair, glasses or accessories that he/she wishes to buy before the purchase.
This virtual 'fitting' replaces the sometimes unpleasant or awkward process of fitting and viewing of the clothes in reality.
By bringing together two technologies in a new concept and the integration these technologies in a new solution (called "istyling"), DNA creates new opportunities in the market of the fashion industry.
The final product is a complete integrated solution from a strong application with integration of visualization, 3D scanning and content (clothes, hairstyles, glasses frames, accessories, etc. in 3D) from the different segments. Hereby keep we mind with all fashion segments: clothing, hairstyle, eyeglasses, tailor made clothing, lingerie, makeup, jewels and accessories.
This approach not only provides extensive capabilities in the buying process, but also in the “after sales” market.  iStyling keeps a record of the articles that have already been purchased so iStyling can take this into account for advice during new acquisitions. Moreover, iStyling can show customers through email how they would look like with the new collection. This is a much more personal approach than sending advertising leaflets with top models in the outfits.
